Σηκώστε το αμάξι με τον γρύλο.

Lift the car.

Τοποθετήστε τον τρίποδα κάτω από το κιβώτιο και σιγά σιγά κατεβάστε το αμάξι ώστε να πατήσει καλά.

Put a tripod underneath the gear box and slowly lower the car until the tripod secures the engine.

Αφαιρούμε το φιλτροκούτι. βγάζουμε τη φύσσα (1), τον σφιγκτήρα του κολλάρου (2) και μετά το κολλάρο, τις δύο βίδες (3,4) και τον σωλήνα που έρχεται από την αντλία αέρα (5).  Τραβώντας προς τη μηχανή το κουτί ξεκουμπώνει από τη βάση του δεξιά και μετά βγαίνει εύκολα.

Remove the filter box. First disconnect the wiring harness (1). Release the securing clip and disconnect the air intake pipe (2). Unscrewand remove the two bolts (3-4). Disconnect the secondary air pum pipe (5). Finally pull the box towards the engine to unsecure it from its base and remove it.

Τώρα βλέπετε τη βάση και ακριβώς από πάνω τον οδηγό των καλωδίων. Ξεκουμπώστε το καπάκι και αφαιρέστε το.

Now you see the engine mount. Remove the black plastic cap of the wire harness.

Ξεβιδώστε τη μικρή βίδα.

Unscrew the bolt.

Ξεβιδώστε τις βίδες με την παρακάτω σειρά. Προσέξτε όταν ξεβιδώνετε τις 2 πρώτες βίδες να μην αρχίσει να πέφτει η μηχανή, θα σημαίνει ότι δεν την έχετε στηρίξει καλά. 

Unscrew the bolts. Be careful with the first 2 bolts. If the engine starts falling down then you have not installed the tripod correctly.

Αφαιρέστε την βάση και αντικαταστήστε την.

Remove the mount and replace it.

Σφίξτε τις βίδες και σημαδέψτε με κόκκινο χρώμα ώστε να παρακολουθείτε τυχόν χαλάρωμά τους.

Tighten the bolts and use red colour to mark their position (in case they come loose)

Although I replaced with a new one, the vibration re-appeared after some miles:
